shark attack feb 3

As I read the article on the death of the young 19 year old Luke Ransom I felt overcome with pity. As said in the lord of the rings, "there is nothing worse than a parent outliving a child." . At the age of 19, I do not believe that I will have lived a satisfactory life. There will be so much more of the world to experience and so much that I wish I had done that I probably hadn't have done. Also I know the terrible pain it would bring my family. It would be miserable to have them suffer as well. Also I am still very young and do not have plans for children in the near future; however, I know if I were to lose my kid in some sort of freak shark attack I would be devastated. The idea of losing a young child is even frightening, and for it to be a death by shark, a painful death, makes the idea even worse. Although, I know I will go to heaven I will have left an experience behind. I will have left the opportunity to bring people to Christ. It is sad he had to go, but maybe it'll help people realize that life can be short and that we should make the best of it.

shark attacks

Type of shark attacks: fatal. nonfatal. and provoked and non provoked.
As of 2009 there have been 2251 shark attacks and 464 fatal.
Location: Kosi Bay South Africa.
Characteristics: Hit-and-run attack – Usually non-fatal, the shark bites and then leaves –  Sneak attack-Victim will not usually see the shark, they may receive repeated deep bites. This is the most fatal kind of shark attack.
Bump-and-bite attack – The shark bumps before biting and then normally swims away.
I learned that death by shark attacks are rare, and even non fatal shark attacks are nothing to fear because it is not likelyto happen.
